Our Story
About Keddy Mediation
Founded by someone who has been through the family court process personally — and who has dedicated their career to ensuring others are guided through it with expertise, compassion, and dignity.
Background
Expert guidance with genuine compassion.
Navigating family or civil disputes and court processes can be overwhelming, exhausting, and disorganising. Scattered emails, text messages, and stressful legal letters can quickly cloud your judgment. My practice is to strip away the chaos, manage the stress, and bring clear, strategic thinking to your side.
I have personal experience of the family court process — I know first-hand the effect it has on you, your family, and your wellbeing. That lived experience, combined with a BA (Hons) in Working with Young People and Families, training as a Civil and Commercial Mediator, a City & Guilds Level 2 in Counselling, and an Enhanced DBS, shapes everything about how I work.
I work with individuals and couples — whether you are facing a family dispute, a civil or commercial matter, navigating the family court, or trying to build a workable co-parenting arrangement. Whatever your situation, I am here to help you find clarity and a fair way forward.

How We Work
Our approach
Every case begins with listening. Before anything else, we take the time to understand your situation, your concerns, and what matters most to you and your family. From there, the process is always structured, always confidential, and always focused on outcomes that work.
"My practice is to strip away the chaos, manage the stress, and bring clear, strategic thinking to your side."
Listen First
Every engagement begins with a thorough understanding of your situation — your needs, your concerns, and the needs of your children.
Guide Clearly
We explain your options in plain language, help you understand the process, and support you in making informed decisions at every stage.
Resolve Durably
Our goal is always agreements that last — because they have been shaped by the people who will live with them, not imposed by a court.
What We Stand For
Our values
Impartiality
A mediator is not on anyone's side. My role is to create a safe, balanced space where both parties can be heard and where fair outcomes can emerge.
Child-Centred Outcomes
In every family matter, the wellbeing of children is the primary consideration. Every agreement we work towards puts children's needs at the centre.
Dignity
Separation and family court proceedings can be deeply painful. I am committed to ensuring every client is treated with respect and compassion throughout.
Clarity
Complex legal and emotional situations can feel overwhelming. I work to bring clarity — helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Lasting Resolution
Agreements reached through mediation tend to endure because both parties have shaped them. My goal is always resolution that holds — not just in the short term.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in mediation is confidential. Clients can speak openly, knowing that what is said in the room stays in the room.

An initial consultation is a confidential, no-obligation conversation about your situation. We're here to listen — and to help you find a way forward.
